We are please to offer the following discount levels. Please note that discounts levels are calculated every night based on orders already placed. So, for example, when an ordinary member places an order for £25 or $40 (or more) the member will not receive the discount until the next order.

Ordinary Discount Level

When customers register on the EP online sales web site, their "Customer discount level" is set to 'ordinary' - no discount is applicable.

Bronze Discount Level

Customers purchasing more than £25 or $40 in a year, automatically become bronze members and will receive at least 5% discount on all purchases during the following year.

Silver Discount Level

If, at any time, customers purchase more than £50 or $80 in a year, they automatically become silver members and will receive at least 10% discount on all purchases during the following year. If they were bronze members before, the discount will be applied immediately.

Gold Discount Level

This is our top tier of customer discount. If, at any time, customers purchase more than £100 or $150 in a year, they automatically become gold members and will receive at least 15% discount on all purchases during the following year. If they were bronze or silver members before, the discount will be applied  immediately.

Trade or church Discount Level
